Rock crushers are the heart of any mining operation. At Burnco, expensive cast iron wear parts weighing more than 5,000 pounds have been successfully reconditioned by Chinook’s Cast-Weld repair process. This process, applied to Burnco’s cone crushers, has resulted in thousands of dollars in savings.

A Specialist’s Touch:
Chinook’s manufacturing and repair specialty involves engine and compressor parts. Compressor valves and component parts are engineered to your production characteristics and made to order. Compressor piston rings, rider bands, engine valves, seats and guides, control valve trim, engine cage assemblies and labyrinth seals are also manufactured. In addition, Chinook's highly specialized manufacturing skills provide results-oriented solutions to your technical challenges for proto-type development and specialty parts manufacture. Repair of Cast Iron
Chinook's Cast-Weld process repairs cracked engine heads or manifolds, and other types of cast iron objects. These expensive parts can be successfully re-manufactured and returned to service.
