Chinook’s Cast-Weld process repairs cracked engine heads or manifolds, and other types of cast iron objects. These expensive parts can be successfully re-manufactured and returned to service.
Experienced personnel, strict quality control, computer controlled ovens and attention to metallurgical details all contribute to our successful method of repairing cracked and damaged cast iron equipment.
Any cast iron object can be reconditioned including: engine heads, pump and turbine housings, sulphur control valves, omnicone crusher heads, compressor cylinders, compressor bonnets, fuel injection cages, control valve bodies, pumping unit counter weights and decorative cast iron fixtures. Large on-site repairs can be undertaken by our experienced field personnel.
